Can I change or cancel my order?

How long does shipping take?
Domestic (Indonesia): 3–7 business days. International (Asia, Australia, Europe): 7–21 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $200. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below this amount.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

How do I find my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide page for detailed measurements. When in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How do I care for my Sabié pieces?
Machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not iron directly on fabric.
